Vernon R. Hurley, Jr., age 41, of Knox, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016. Vernon was born October 18, 1974 in Valparaiso, Indiana. He is survived by his Mother, Karen Toll (Richard) of Knox, his father, Vernon Hurley, Sr. of South Haven, IN, daughters, Kayla Marie Hurley of Tennessee and Bilinda Karen Hurley of South Bend, IN, stepchildren, Alex and Alanda, sisters, Amanda Sue Ilic of South Haven, IN and Nicole Parkes of Michigan City, IN, grandfather, Harlan M. Jones of Valparaiso, IN, Grandmother, Kathleen V. Jones of New Carlisle, IN, and Step-grandmother, Jo Toll of New Carlisle, IN, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:00pm (CT), with visitation starting at 4:00pm (CT) until time of services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home.
