Sandra Bartlett, age 57, of North Judson, formerly of Knox, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013. Sandra was born June 11, 1956 in Williamsport, PA to Charles and Doris (Campbell) Artley, both deceased. She is survived by her husband, Mark Bartlett, children, Danielle White (Adam) of North Judson, Josh Bartlett (Geneva) of Knox, Jessica Metts (Matt) of Hamlet, sisters, Debra Madison of Williamsport, PA, Melanie Rutan of Williamsport, PA, a brother, Church Artley of Williamsport, PA, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melinda Bartlett.
