Kathleen Ann Rogers-Howard, age 59 of Winamac, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018. She was born June 16, 1959 in Chicago to Edward Heineman and Arlene Golob Heineman, both deceased. She is survived by her long-time companion Larry May of Winamac, her children, Keith Rogers of Fort Wayne, IN, Kristopher Rogers of Winamac, IN, David Howard of California, Tiffany Howard of Kentucky and Jana Scott of Illinois, brothers, Edward Heineman of Illinois, David Heineman of Knox, Tom Heineman of Knox, and Frank Halik of Arizona, and a sister, Janice Hernandez of Knox, and 12 grandchildren. A Memorial service will take place Monday, October 29, 2018 at 7pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services at M.C. Smith Funeral Home.
