Obituary for Barbara Ann Sievert
Barbara Ann Sievert, age 57, of Knox, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2018. Barbara was born April 3, 1960 in Joliet, Illinois to Donald and Gerda Husfeld Sievert, both deceased. She had been a resident at Tradewinds in Crown Point and had been very active at the Marshall Starke Developmental Foundation Sheltered Workshop in Plymouth. She is survived by her brother, Carl Sievert (Jeanne) of Knox, a niece, Rae Jean Zazzara, nephews, Michael and James Smithson, 7 great nieces and nephews, and 8 great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a great niece, Megan Smithson. Funeral services will be Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11am (CT), with visitation one hour prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bass Lake Cemetery.
