Obituary for William "Bill" Mann
William "Bill" Mann, age 70, of Knox, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. Bill was born July 29, 1944 to Charlie and Ethel (May) Mann, in their home in Brems, Indiana. He is survived by his children, Bill Mann (Lorie) of Knox, Karen Welch (Todd) of California, Jeff Mann (Tina) of Knox, and Melissa Soltis (Brian) of North Judson, sisters, Martha Cole Allen of Knox and Verna Cole of Knox, and a brother, Cecil Cole of Winamac, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers and sisters, Mary Cole, John Mann, Beecher Cole, Edward Cole, Sam Mann, Julie Cole Rowe, Wilma Howard and Ruby Mann. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 1:00pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Knox. Memorial contributions may be made to the Horton Hospice House of Valparaiso in his memory.
