Obituary for Toni J. Smith
Toni J. Smith, age 48, of Knox, passed away Monday, March 28, 2022 at her home. Toni was born July 4, 1973 in Iowa City, Iowa. She is survived by her husband, Chad Smith of Knox, her children, Tari Favorite (Tyler Grant), Matthew Favorite, Gracie Lehman (Dylan Beabout), Jay Lehman, and Mary Lehman all of Knox, siblings, Jody Forman of Iowa, Larry Loring of Washington, and Chris Loring of Iowa, a granddaughter, Willow Grant, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Loring and Virginia Blankenship Loring Gruwell, a step-father, Gene Gruwell, and two sisters, Tari Hansen and Kelly Dooley, and a nephew Tyler Fetters. A celebration of life is planned for a later date. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
