Obituary for Teresa Luczak
Teresa Luczak, age 72, of Knox, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Teresa was born February 21, 1949 in Wschowa, Poland. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. On July 4, 1971 she married Zenon Luczak, he survives. Also surviving are her children, Violet Jaworski (Jaroslaw) of Hobart, Indiana, Agnes Jarzabek (Ziggy) of Knox, and Greg Luczak of Knox, a sister, Mariola Telensicki of California and a brother, Marion Sliwinski (Barbara) of California, grandchildren, Thomas Jaworski (Maryleigh) of Knox, Adam Jaworski (Tori) of Koontz Lake, Patrick Jaworski of Hobart, Mark Jarzabek (Joycelyn Sievert) of Knox, Natalia Jarzabek of Knox and Lorraine Luczak of Knox, and great grandchildren, Aubree, Taylor, Zenek, Marzi and Lenix. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanislaw Sliwinski and Helena Moriwski Sliwinski.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 1:00pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox. Burial will follow at Oak Park Cemetery in Knox.
