Obituary for Steven Kent Krathwohl
Steven Kent Krathwohl age 65, of Plymouth, born August 14, 1956 to Norris and Lois Krathwohl, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Monday, September 27, 2021. Steven graduated from Plymouth High School in 1974 and went on to Wyoming Technical Institute and graduated in 1975. On August 11, 1991 he married the love of his life, Mary A. Richardson. They shared 30 wonderful years together and had three daughters and five grandchildren.
Steven was a caring, wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He loved his wife Mary very much. He also loved his three daughters and all of his grandchildren, they were the light of his life. Steven was a member of the United Church of God, Elkhart Congregation. He believed strongly in God and his family.
Surviving Steven are his wife of 30 years, Mary Krathwohl, three daughters, Jennifer Bailey, Kristina Moore (Ryan), and Stefanie Shank (Andrew), five grandchildren, Mason Anderson, Gabriel Bailey, Samuel Bailey, Beatrice Shank, and Noah Moore, brothers, J.D. Krathwohl (Alicia), Mark Krathwohl (Barbara), sisters, Pamela Chizum, and Kim Paul (Peter), along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Norris and Lois Krathwohl.
A graveside service will take place Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 1:00pm (CT) at Oak Grove Cemetery in Knox. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
