Obituary for Ryan Edward Greer
Ryan Edward Greer, age 38, of Knox, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020. Ryan was born October 30, 1981 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was a 2000 graduate of Knox High School and earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Manchester University. He loved sports, was an avid White Sox fan and loved music and played guitar in the band “Seldom Told”. He was also into physical fitness and was a licensed personal trainer. He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Czarnecki of Knox, his father, Adrian Greer of LaPorte, his grandmother, Nancy Dembowski of Knox, three brothers, Eric Greer of Phoenix, Arizona, Nicholas Czarnecki of Knox and Corey Czarnecki of Knox. A funeral service will take place Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 2pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Interment services will follow at Oak Park Cemetery in Knox. The family has requested that visitors please practice social distancing while attending the visitation and services.
