Obituary for Ronald K. Warner

Ronald K. Warner, age 76, of Knox, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Catherine Kasper Life Center in Donaldson. Ron was born February 25, 1947 on the family farm in Knox to Reuben and Vera (Webb) Warner, both deceased. He was drafted into the U.S. Army and served in Germany during the Viet Nam War. He was an electrician by trade and had owned and operated Warner Electric for 52 years. He was also past president and a 40 year member of the Bass Lake Lions Club. On March 30, 1970, he married Glenda Howard, she preceded him in death on November 1, 2020. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca “Becky” Cornelius (Jason) and Wendy Korp (Paul), both of Knox, a sister, Delores Smith (Russell) of Knox, four grandchildren, Sarah Korp, Jacob Cornelius, Kathryn Lynch (John) and Alicia Banta (Perry), seven great grandchildren, and his mother-in-law, Josephine Born of Denham. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Richard Warner and a grandson, J.D. Cornelius.
