Obituary for Paula Lee Smith
Paula Lee Smith, age 86, of North Judson, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022. Paula was born on March 26, 1936 in Rochester, Indiana to German and Martha Bailey, both deceased. Paula had been a member of the Knox United Methodist Church and the Alta Guild, the Red Hat Society, Psi Iota Xi Sorority and Past treasurer of California Township Alumni Association. Paula loved to travel and had been to Hawaii, the Bahamas and Europe. She loved most in life spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Dennis Bope (Magaly) of Winamac, a daughter, Bonnie Louanne Bradley of Rochester, a step-daughter, Bonnie Jean Williams (Ray) of Winamac, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings, David Bradley, Joe Bailey, Charles Bailey, Bill Bailey, James Bailey and Betty Fisher.
A funeral service will take place at 1pm (CT), Monday, August 1, 2022, with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home.
