Obituary for Karen Jean Bradley
Karen Jean Garbison Bradley, age 70, of Knox, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022. Karen was born April 27, 1951 in Winamac, Indiana to Jesse Garbison and Iva Hickman Garbison, both deceased. She had worked for many years at the Catherine Kasper Nursing Home at Ancilla and most recently as a home healthcare nurse. On September 22, 1967 she married Homer Lee Bradley, Sr. He preceded her in death on March 2, 2002. She is survived by her children, Tabitha Hempel of Knox, Homer L. Bradley, Jr. of North Judson, and Alex Bradley of North Judson, brothers and sisters, Diane Bair of Winamac, Brenda Garbison of Knox, Jesse Garbison of Valparaiso, Larry Garbison of Texas, Deb Bradley of Knox, Arlene Garbison of Knox, Sue Spicer of Knox, Jeff Garbison of Knox and Cliff Garbison of Knox, five grandchildren, Kelley Bradley, Brittney Heise, Brendon Bradley, Myah Ford and Haley Hempel, and a great granddaughter, Tatum Finkley. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters, Rodney Garbison and Harve Garbison and Betty Garbison Reed and Kathy Garbison Manns. A celebration of life will take place Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2:00pm (CT) at Karen's home. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
