Obituary for Judy M. Walters
Judy M. Walters, age 76, of Bass Lake, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021. Judy was born July 19, 1944 in Knox, to Elmer Chapman and Daisy Cole Chapman, both deceased. She loved music, painting and watching birds. On August 24, 1964 she married Joseph Walters. He preceded her in death on November 15, 2020. She is survived by her children, Kelly J. Walters (Janine) of Leesburg, Indiana, Lynn Darda (Chris) of Knox, and Duane Walters (Denise) of Nappanee, Indiana, a sister, Lu Northrup of Idaho, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Duane Morris Walters, and brothers and sisters, Ralph Chapman, Leslie Chapman, Weldon Chapman, Ed Chapman and Helen Meyer.
Private services will take place at a later date. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
