Obituary for JoAnn Deming
JoAnn Deming, age 71, of Knox, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024. JoAnn was born November 1, 1952 in McCrory, Arkansas to Benjamen F. Bailey and Mildred Anne Rape Bailey, both deceased. She was loved by everyone and will be missed by all that knew her. She was a tiny little woman who has left a great big hole. She is survived by her children, Jody Ann Kerwain of Portage, Robert B. Deming of Portage, David Deming Jr. of Knox and Benjamen R. Deming of Knox, brothers and sisters, Billie Dean Tacker of Mississippi, Diana Lauth of Lowell, Bennie Jean Wright of Kentland, Dolores Renee Norris of Kentland, Sherri Lynn Munson of Illinois, David Bailey of Hobart, and Daniel Bailey of Crown Point, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Deming Sr. and two brothers, R.C. Bailey and Andrew Bailey. No services are planned at this time. M.C. Smith funeral Home is handling arrangements.
