Obituary for Gerald L. Meyers
Gerald L. Meyers, age 72, of North Judson, passed away May 27, 2024. He was born July 1, 1951 in LaPorte, Indiana to Marion and Jeanette Meyers, both of whom have preceded him in death. He had worked for many years for the state highway department, loved gardening and was an excellent mechanic. He was also a Veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife, Mary Meyers, a son, Jerry Meyers (Mariela) of Missouri, a brother, Jeff Meyers of Michigan City, sisters, Jenny Lindstrom of Plymouth, Linda Badell of Knox, and Marian Frances Peck of Valparaiso, 3 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Marcus Meyers and his brother, Bill Meyers. Private family services have already taken place. M.C. Smith Funeral Home handled arrangements.
