Obituary for George R. Myers
George R. Myers, age 73, of Culver, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016. George was born June 18, 1943 in LaPorte, Indiana to Warren and Hazel (Fisher) Myers, both deceased. On June 21, 2004 he married Cindy Pitts, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Benjamin Myers of Culver, Shawn Myers of Plymouth, Toby Myers of Plymouth and Chris Myers of Plymouth, a brother, Warren Myers of Germany, sisters, Joyce Wilson of Culver and Karen Sue Ronk of Plymouth, and three grandchildren, Sage Myers, Chelsea O’Conner and Dayton Myers. Visitation will be Friday, September 30, 2016 from 4-8pm (CT) at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 11am (CT) at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Burr Oak Cemetery in Culver.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riley Children's Hospital.
