Obituary for Gary "Abe" Rowe
Gary “Abe” Rowe
Abe’s work here on earth is done. He received an offer on Sunday November 12th at 11:20 pm that he could not refuse. The offer was for a lifetime of happiness in paradise. He will not be returning here to earth for this will take him to a wonderful place where he will be reunited with family and old friends.
Abe loved life and his family. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed playing chess and shooting pool. Mostly, he enjoyed spending time with family and playing with his grandson Grayson who was his best buddy.
Abe always said he was the luckiest man because he married the love of his life, his beautiful wife Linda. If you could absorb something from his life it would be this: Be kind. Be honest. And be faithful. Life is short so enjoy every minute with the ones you love.
Abe is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Kymmi (Eric) and grandson Grayson Miller.
Visitation will be on Thursday November 16th at 11 am with services starting at noon at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox. Burial services will be held immediately following at Oak Park Cemetery also in Knox.
