Obituary for Ellaree Johnson
Ellaree Johnson age 90, of Knox, Indiana passed away on October 29, 2020. Ellaree was born October 26, 1930 in Vest, Kentucky. She was a long-time member of the Freewill Baptist Church. Preceding her in death are her parents Ora Craft and Mary (Tharpe) Craft, husband Homer Johnson, brothers Virgil, Chester and Joe Craft and sister Amy Robinson. She is survived by her sons, Jeffery(Noel) Johnson of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Gregory(Patricia) Johnson of Knox, IN, John(Laura) Johnson of Granger, IN, four brothers, Verlie Craft of West Virginia, Donald Craft of Kendallville, IN, Charles Craft of Knox, IN, Larry Craft of Hazard, KY, and two sisters Juanita Combs of Hindman, KY, Golden Wright of Covington, VA Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation services will be held at M.C. Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 6-8pm (CT), funeral services will be on Wednesday November 4, 2020 at M.C. Smith Funeral Home at 11am (CT). Interment services will follow at Highland Cemetery in North Judson.
