Elizabeth "Betty" Mary Sickbert (Sirovy), 83, of Panama City, Florida, passed away on February 11th, 2024.Betty was born on October 19th, 1940, to Virginia and Joseph Sirovy in Michigan City, Indiana. She graduated from Knox High School in 1959.She moved to Dolly Madison in Gary, Indiana, an all-girls boarding house where she met long-time friend Carol.

She started her first job at Illinois Bell as a Telephone Operator, kickstarting a 25-year career with Mountain Bell and later AT&T.

In 1964, Betty moved to Orlando, Florida, and there she met and married John Dillard Felts in 1965. Betty and John went on to have one child, John Ashley Felts. Earl called her “Liz.”Once she retired from AT&T, they settled in Panama City, Florida. She then went to work for Walmart and retired from there. Spent her remaining years visiting with family and friends and helping people, she was an avid coffee drinker, collector, and traveler, logging thousands of miles on the road.
