Obituary for Edward F. Heise
Edward F. Heise, Age 78, of Knox, Passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at his home. Ed was born March 17, 1937 in Chicago, to Edward Heise and Marguerite (Troupe) Heise Bailey, both deceased. He had worked many years as an Operating Engineer for Union Local 150, was a member of the Knox Masonic Lodge and the Knox Moose Lodge. On June 11, 1955 he married Doris Dowd, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Edward E. Heise (Tina) of Valparaiso, Duane Heise (Leigh) of Arizona, and Thomas Heise (Julie) of Knox, a sister, Marjorie Ahlenius of Knox, brothers, Raymond Heise (Barbara) of Florida, Fred Heise (Louise) of Knox, Rudy Heise (Norma) of Monterey, and Richard Heise (Carol) of California, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Heise. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 1:00pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. A private interment will take place at Bass Lake Cemetery.
