Obituary for Dexter R. Sparks
Dexter R. Sparks, Sr., age 59 of North Judson, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023. Dexter was born September 28, 1963 in Knox, Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Christina Sparks, his children, Dexter R. Sparks Jr. (Chelsi) of Plymouth and Cassandra Nichole Sparks (Jake Kuskye) of Etna Green, a brother, Ed Sparks (Pam) of Walkerton, a sister, Lora Clemons (Lenner) of Bourbon, his mother, Mary Ann Wheeler of Knox, grandchildren, Aspen Sparks, Serenity Sparks, Wilder Sparks (on the way), Brooklynn Blount, Leland Sparks and Chaslynn Kuskye. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Sparks, a brother, Rodney Sparks, and a grandson, Gatlin Sparks. A funeral service will take place on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 1pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in North Judson.
