Obituary for Denise L. Tankersley
Denise L. Tankersley, age 60, of Lebanon, IN, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2023. She was born on July 23, 1962, to parents Louis and Janet Ritter in Kansas. She was devoted to her husband Patrick Tankersley and her children. She loved all 18 of her grandchildren and two great grandchildren with all her heart. Denise was a dedicated and hardworking woman. She worked in a bakery and spent most of her free time playing computer games and sharing pictures of her grandchildren and great grandchildren on Facebook. Denise was a lovely soul with a big heart, always welcomed people with open arms. She always stood up for what she believed in. She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Janet Ritter and brother Jim Ritter. She is survived by her husband Patrick Tankersley, children Louis Graham, Matt Ritter and Mike Ritter, brother Louie Ritter, 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on March 11, 2023, at 1pm (CST) at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox, IN.
