Obituary for Darlene L. Brock
Darlene L. Brock, age 82 of Knox, passed away October 10, 2022. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 21, 1939, to parents Andrew Novak and Stella Novak, both deceased. Also preceding her in death is her longtime companion Stanley Johnston, son David Rowley and brother Donald Novak. Darlene worked as a waitress for many years, and this carried over for her love for cooking. She also enjoyed shopping, getting together with her friends and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Rowley and her son, Larry Brown, three grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will take place Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 5:00pm (CT), with visitation 2 hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox.
