Obituary for Charles "Chuck" Bacewic
Charles “Chuck” Bacewic Jr., age 69, of Knox, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Chuck was born January 27, 1952 in Knox to Charles Bacewic Sr. and Ruth Risner Bacewic, both deceased. He loved old cars, he liked them fast and loud. He loved building them and driving them. He enjoyed going to the casino and especially loved spending time with his family. On June 1, 1974 he married Pamela Beauchamp, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Scott Beauchamp of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, Cassie Walker (Josh) of Knox, Kelly Baugh (Jed) of Knox and Carrie Bacewic (Dennis Qualls) of Knox, two brothers, Steve Bacewic of Monterey, Indiana and Jerry Bacewic of Knox, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Bacewic and his best friend, “Ace”.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 1:00pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Eagle Creek Cemetery.
