She was an inspiration to many of us and had a huge circle of friends. The loss of her two sons was a tragedy most could not have endure but she continued to show kindness and support to everyone she came in contact with. She encouraged so many of us with her strength and faith. We were blessed to have had her with us as long as we did and pray she is now at peace and reunited with her boys. She will be missed by so many of us.
She is survived by her sisters, Margaret Ritchie (Noah) of Grovertown, Patty Cappis of Eagle, Colorado and Edna Mcqueen, California. Brothers, Henry Brown of Salyersville, Kentucky, Larry Cappis (Linda), of Royal Center, Indiana, Jerry Cappis of Santa Barbara, California and James Cappis Jr. (Barb Benson, fiancé) Royal Center, Indiana. Best friend and sister to all of us, Patty Hamilton of Knox, Indiana.
Grandchildren, Hilton Brown, Serving in the US Army in Vilseck, Germany and Seth William Eric Brown (Harley Marie) of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Great grandchildren, Nolanna Rose Marie, Xythor Odysseus, and Atticus Chance, of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Uncle Henry Prater Jr. and Aunt Shirley Prater of Knox, Indiana as well as many, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Beem and sons, Ernest Brown, Thomas Brown, her brother, Daniel Jay Cappis and Sister, Rose Brown.
