Obituary for Barbara Sue Miller
Barbara Sue “Becker” Miller, age 71, passed away on April 16, 2024. She was born in Chicago, IL on December 4, 1952, to parents Kenneth and Jean Becker. On August 17, 1980 she married Donnie Miller. Barbara was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, family meant everything to her. Surviving are her children, Adam Pittman of Jacksonville, FL, Jennifer Yoe of Warsaw, IN, and Rachel Miller of Laporte, IN, brother James Michael Becker of Chicago, IL, grandchildren Chante, Stormy, Christine, Michael, TJ, Raelyn and Remington. Also surviving are two great grandchildren Rory and Mabel Jean. Barb loved the Chicago White Sox, listening to the Bee Gees, finding a good sale and most importantly Michael Bolton. She spent 23 years working at Pizza Hut, where everyone knew her as Granni. She’s preceded in death by her parents Kenneth & Jean Becker, husband Donnie Miller, companion Ron Fritz, and a sister Evelyn Jean Sergeant. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 2pm (CST), at the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center in Knox, IN.
