Obituary for Arlene Maxine Macisaac
Arlene Maxine Macisaac, age 76, of Knox, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2021 at her home. Arlene was born on September 9, 1944 in Melrose Park, Illinois to her parents Max Berndt and Florence Schulz Berndt, both deceased. She enjoyed cooking, spending time outdoors, loved flowers, used her ability to create things out of wood, wrestling and watching her favorite Nascar driver, Jimmie Johnson race on Sunday’s. Surviving are her daughters, Cindy Redlin (Dennis) of Knox, Jackie Herber (Chris) of Fort Wayne, and son Jimmy “Buck” Macisaac of Peru. Also surviving is her sister Marilyn Thronebery, 5 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. She is preceded in death by her son Daniel Noah Macisaac and brothers Bob and Sonny Berndt.
A funeral service will be take place on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 1:00pm(CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Eagle Creek Cemetery in Knox.
