Obituary for Anthony D. "Tony" Hollinger
Anthony D. “Tony” Hollinger, age 53, of Riverside, Illinois passed away Monday, June 1, 2026 at the Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka, Indiana. Tony was born March 21, 1973 in Merrillville, Indiana to David G. Hollinger and Delores (Bailey) Hollinger. He is survived by his wife, Jill (Shymanik) Hollinger, two sons, Ryan Anthony Hollinger and Justin David Hollinger, his mother, Delores Hollinger, a brother, Kevin Hollinger (Julie), two nieces Taylor and Brooklyn Hollinger, and a nephew, Chase Hollinger.
A celebration of life will take place at the American Legion Post 189 in Walkerton, Indiana on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 from 3-6pm (ET). A second celebration of life will take place in Brookfield, Illinois date and time TBD. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox is handling arrangements.
