Obituary for Alan E. Bailey
Alan E. Bailey, age 60, of Knox, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at his home. Alan was born October 21, 1961 in Medaryville, Indiana to Leander and Norma Bailey, both deceased. On January 11, 1995 he married Robin Roberts Thompson, she survives. Also surviving are their children, Nick Bailey of Winamac, Cassie Craft of Knox, Mike Thompson of Tennessee, and Harvey J. Thompson of Grovertown, brothers and sisters, Rita Jablon of Michiana Shores, Cheryl Deidrick of LaPorte, James Bailey of North Judson, and Scott Bailey of LaPorte, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, David Gerald Thompson. A memorial service is being planned for a later date. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
